Zoe’s professional experience as a Contract Manager spans the technology, telecommunications, utilities, private, and public sectors. As a contract management professional, coach, and mentor, she has honed her skills as a trusted advisor and coach to senior executives. When she was a Crisis Line telephone worker for King County, WA, Zoe compassionately served clients who needed someone to be present for them without judgement during times of stress, grief, and fear.

Zoe’s own life experience as a two-time cancer survivor has given her first-hand understanding of what is it like to have healed physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And to the wonder, “What’s next?” Having a great coach enabled Zoe to find her passion. In turn, she holds that space for her clients so they can discover theirs.

Zoe lives in the Greater Seattle Area in Washington State. She is a bit of a gypsy and has been lucky enough to live and visit many places in the United States as well as the globe including Great Britain, India, and Egypt. Zoe loves music and it’s many genre’s although she has a soft spot for classic Broadway musicals, and Celtic and folk music.

Zoe has been coaching me for the past 6 months as I transition to a higher career level. However, her coaching went above and beyond, and it allowed me to see other aspects of my life from a different perspective, including my professional aspirations and choices but not limited to my work. Zoe speaks her mind in a clear, direct yet kind way, listening and providing input that’s to the point and targeted. She’s very focused when we have our coaching sessions and ultimately, what I like the most about Zoe is that she’s helped me identify WHAT it is that I want and what I’m willing to do and not to do in order to achieve my goal. Zoe helped me a lot to realize that I want to stay true to myself, that there are certain aspects I’m willing to work on and improve or change but there are others that are intrinsic to me and define WHO I am. And, ultimately, how the environment perceives me or reacts to my way of addressing work or making decisions, is beyond my control. Zoe is helping me find my inner strengths, making the most out of them, while at the same time identifying those areas that can be improved in alignment with my goals.
